Founder and Managing Director of Meridian Mergers & Acquisitions, Doug has 17 years of experience assisting with mergers and acquisitions in a variety of roles. Shortly after graduating from the Villanova University School of Law, Doug’s legal practice focused on advising business buyers through the legal process of purchasing an existing business. Prior to forming Meridian Mergers & Acquisitions, Doug was a Senior Vice President and Director of a Lending Group at a multi-billion dollar bank. In that role, Doug primarily focused on providing buyers with the senior debt required to complete their M&A transactions. Finally, Doug has participated as a sell-side advisor to business owners for approximately seven years. Doug has participated in M&A deals totaling hundreds of millions of dollars. Doug is uniquely qualified to help owners sell their business, as he leverages his expertise and prior experience with the legal, lending and sell-side advisory processes for M&A transactions.
